Ian H. Charles
Managing PartnerIan H. Charles is a Managing Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities in the Sports and Keystone strategies, Mr. Charles directs investment strategy, firm governance and investor relations for Arctos Partners.
Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Mr. Charles served as a member of the private equity and infrastructure investment committees and was a Partner at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets. At Landmark, Mr. Charles helped design and execute the firm’s private equity strategy; helped build the firm’s quantitative research group; sourced and structured large, innovative liquidity transactions across the firm’s investment verticals; developed and presented the firm’s views on the macro environment and alternative asset classes at a wide range of industry conferences; and helped create the firm’s innovative preferred equity investment strategy. During his time at Landmark Partners, Mr. Charles was part of a team that sourced and oversaw transactions representing more than $10 billion in transaction value.
Prior to joining Landmark Partners, Mr. Charles was a co-founder of Cogent Partners, the first secondary market sell-side advisor. Cogent Partners, which was acquired by Greenhill & Co., is widely recognized for transforming the private equity secondary market by providing institutional-grade advisory services to sellers and providing a consistent source of deal flow for existing, new and non-traditional secondary buyers. At Cogent, Mr. Charles was responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the firm, sourcing and leading large secondary advisory mandates and creating the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio research business. Prior to co-founding Cogent Partners, he was part of an investment team executing secondary, primary, direct and co-investments that is now part of the Neuberger Berman alternative investments platform.
Mr. Charles graduated with honors from Texas Christian University, where he received a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is a CFA® charterholder.
David J. O’Connor
Managing PartnerDavid J. O’Connor is a Managing Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. O’Connor leads value-creation, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Sports strategy. Mr. O’Connor is also responsible for directing the Firm’s business strategy, governance and leadership team.
Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Mr. O’Connor was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG), whose assets include Madison Square Garden, the New York Knicks (NBA), the New York Rangers (NHL), Radio City Music Hall, the Forum, Counter Logic Gaming and a number of other entertainment properties.
During his time at MSG, Mr. O’Connor oversaw all aspects of MSG’s sports business operations including media, sponsorship, ticketing, suites, hospitality, merchandizing, and venue operations, as well as representing and interfacing with NBA, NHL, and WNBA commissioners and league officials. Mr. O’Connor led the successful spin-off of MSG into a pure-play live experience company from its predecessor company, MSG Networks. He restructured numerous individual departments, most notably ticketing and sponsorship, and secured new properties for venue expansion in Las Vegas and London.
Prior to joining MSG, Mr. O’Connor spent more than 30 years at Creative Artists Agency (“CAA”), where he served as Managing Partner of the world-wide entertainment and sports agency. He began his career in the mailroom at CAA and was soon promoted to agent, representing entertainment icons such as Sean Connery, Robert Redford, Eddie Murphy, Michael Douglas, Bruce Willis, Jerry Bruckheimer and Lorne Michaels. In 1995, Mr. O’Connor took over day-to-day management and ownership of the agency along with his partners. During his leadership tenure, Mr. O’Connor led the growth, expansion and diversification of the agency with the creation of CAA Sports, quickly establishing the division as the leading sports agency in the world. Mr. O’Connor worked with all major domestic and international sports leagues, federations, and major clubs, as well as sports icons. Mr. O’Connor also led CAA’s partnership with Texas Pacific Group Capital (TPG), and led the creation of Evolution Media Capital (investment banking and advisory) and the Evolution Fund (principal investing) in collaboration with TPG.
Mr. O’Connor is a founding advisor, investor and board member of the Premiere Lacrosse League, a professional outdoor lacrosse league launched in June 2019.
Mr. O’Connor graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College where he was a four-year letterman in lacrosse.
Gregory C. Baecher
PartnerGregory C. Baecher is a Partner at Arctos Partners. Mr. Baecher oversees the firm’s capital solutions group and helps lead corporate strategic initiatives for Arctos Partners.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners in 2024, Mr. Baecher was a Partner at Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, where he spent nearly 20 years in various roles. Mr. Baecher began his career at Warburg Pincus as an investor, working for 10 years in several industry groups, including consumer, industrial, and services; energy transition and sustainability; and real estate. During this time, he was part of a team that sourced, executed, and managed 19 investments totaling more than $8 billion in transaction value. Following his tenure as an investor, Mr. Baecher worked alongside the firm’s senior leadership in a newly created strategy role for one year, reporting to the firm’s President, a former US Treasury Secretary. Thereafter, Mr. Baecher was a member of the fundraising and investor relations team for nine years, helping to raise more than $63 billion in commitments across nine funds. In addition, Mr. Baecher led and managed the firm’s participation in an innovative evergreen investment vehicle designed for high net worth investors; created and managed strategic partnerships with several leading institutional investors; and helped to develop and execute the firm’s initial general partner-led secondary transactions totaling more than $4 billion in commitments.
Prior to Warburg Pincus, Mr. Baecher worked at J.P. Morgan Chase in the real estate and lodging investment banking group, where he was involved with buy-side and sell-side advisory work and capital raising totaling $9 billion in transaction value, and the credit portfolio group, where he researched the credit profiles of and made relative value and hedging recommendations for various investment grade and high-yield companies across various industries.
Mr. Baecher graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University, where he received a BA in Economics with High Distinction.
Michael D. Belsley
Partner, Chief Legal OfficerMichael D. Belsley is a Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Arctos Partners. In addition to overseeing all aspects of Arctos’ legal functions, Mr. Belsley directs sourcing and structuring of investments for the Keystone strategy.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Belsley was a senior partner in the Investment Funds Group and Private Equity groups at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a leading global law firm. Mr. Belsley founded and built Kirkland’s market-leading liquidity solutions practice, which was involved in over $465 billion of secondary market transactions and other liquidity solutions during Mr. Belsley’s tenure. With over 20 years of experience helping secondary investors, sellers, private equity sponsors and investment bankers find solutions to a variety of otherwise illiquid asset classes, Mr. Belsley was regularly involved at Kirkland in a wide variety of complex, secondary market transactions and other liquidity solutions, such as GP-level and fund-level preferred equity financings, structured secondary transactions, synthetic secondaries, fund and PE team spin-outs, GP-led fund recapitalizations, fund restructurings, and hybrid GP-led secondary transactions, as well as more traditional secondary market transactions such as LP portfolio sales and tender offers.
Mr. Belsley’s relationship with the Arctos investment team goes back almost two decades. While at Kirkland, he was one of Arctos Partners’ principal external lawyers and also worked closely with several of the Arctos investment professionals when they were at another investment firm.
Mr. Belsley graduated from Northwestern University, where he received both his BA in Economics and Political Science and his JD.
Chad M. Hutchinson
PartnerChad Hutchinson is a Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Hutchinson leads value-creation, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Sports strategy. Mr. Hutchinson is also responsible for the firm’s investment activity in operating companies and real estate within the Sports strategy, where he sits on the board of directors for Aston Martin Racing, SeatGeek, Elevate Ventures and GeoComply.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Hutchinson was a Managing Director at Sixth Street, a global investment firm operating across nine platforms including growth investing, adjacencies, direct lending, fundamental public strategies, infrastructure, special situations, agriculture and par liquid credit. At Sixth Street, Mr. Hutchinson built the agriculture business from an idea to a dedicated platform with its own dedicated fund. Mr. Hutchinson managed the sourcing, partnerships, deal execution and operations of the agricultural fund. In addition, Mr. Hutchinson was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and execution of other opportunistic investments in specialty finance, growth equity and structured solutions.
Prior to Sixth Street, Mr. Hutchinson co-founded private investment fund Wakestorm Capital in 2008. Mr. Hutchinson was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, execution, and asset management of distressed/stressed loans. Mr. Hutchinson helped develop investable strategies to clean up banks’ balance sheets coming out of the global financial crisis.
Before starting his finance career in 2006, Mr. Hutchinson had an 8-year professional sports career. Mr. Hutchinson began his career pitching for the St. Louis Cardinals organization from 1998 – 2001. Mr. Hutchinson transitioned to football playing for the Dallas Cowboys in 2002 and 2003 and the Chicago Bears in 2004 and 2005.
Mr. Hutchinson graduated from Stanford University, where he received a BA in Political Science. Mr. Hutchinson played both baseball and football for Stanford University from 1995 – 1998.
Joseph S. Nasr
PartnerJoseph S. Nasr is a Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Nasr sets and executes overall strategy and firm management across functional verticals. Mr. Nasr is also responsible for directing investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Sports and Keystone strategies.
Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Mr. Nasr served as a Managing Director at Stellus Capital Management, a private credit platform. At Stellus, Mr. Nasr was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and managing loans and equity co-investments in private equity-backed businesses. Mr. Nasr also managed amendment processes, managed the firm’s private fund credit facilities and worked closely with the firm’s leadership team on strategic initiatives. Prior to Stellus, Mr. Nasr was a Director at Z Capital Partners, a special situations private equity firm. At Z Capital, Mr. Nasr was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and negotiating special situations transactions, and working with portfolio company management teams to guide strategy, assess opportunities and support company initiatives. In this role, Mr. Nasr served on the boards of MSD Performance and Famous Brands and was actively involved in investments in Hunter Defense Technologies and Mesquite Gaming.
Prior to joining Z Capital Partners, Mr. Nasr worked closely with Mr. Charles and other senior members of the Arctos team at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets. At Landmark, Mr. Nasr was responsible for sourcing, structuring and evaluating passive minority stake transactions across a spectrum of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Nasr also helped develop novel transaction structures to help counterparties achieve liquidity objectives while meeting Landmark’s internal return thresholds. In addition, Mr. Nasr worked alongside Landmark’s private equity partners and managing partners on several important strategic and product development initiatives at Landmark. Mr. Nasr evaluated over 100 transactions representing more than $5 billion of transaction value. Prior to joining Landmark Partners, Mr. Nasr worked with Mr. Charles at Cogent Partners, where he was responsible for executing transactions for some of the largest private equity investors in the world and helped the founders build Cogent’s research and portfolio monitoring business that provided qualitative private equity research for institutional investors.
Mr. Nasr graduated from the University of Chicago, where he received a BA in Economics, and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Robyn S. Slutzky
PartnerRobyn Sacks Slutzky is a Partner at Arctos Partners and helps lead our Capital Solutions business where she is responsible for capital formation and investor relations activities.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mrs. Slutzky served as Co-Head of Private Equity Due Diligence for JPMorgan’s Private Bank where she led a team that sourced and oversaw more than $40 billion in client commitments. In this capacity, she worked with some of the largest private equity firms and served on numerous Advisory Boards. In addition to her leadership role, Mrs. Slutzky led the firm’s expansion into Secondaries, Distressed, and Cyber Security. She also served as a member of the Private Equity Advisory Committee setting strategy and portfolio construction for JPMorgan’s annual Vintage fund-of-funds program and other internally managed products.
Mrs. Slutzky founded and Co-Chaired the JPMorgan Solutions Women’s Network focused on building inclusive cultures where women can thrive. She oversaw the implementation of initiatives focused on recruiting, developing, and promoting female talent at JPMorgan. She also served on a separate Diversity & Inclusion (“D&I”) committee tasked with integrating D&I into the Private Bank’s underwriting process and product offering.
Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mrs. Slutzky was an Investment Vice President at Prudential Financial, where she was responsible for making private equity fund and co-investments on behalf of the general account. Her earlier career included fund investing and co-investing roles at Quilvest and AlpInvest as well as investment banking experience at DLJ/Credit Suisse.
Mrs. Slutzky graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, where she received a BA in Finance. She received her MBA from the Columbia Business School.
Jordan L. Solomon
PartnerJordan L. Solomon is a Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Solomon leads value-creation, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Sports strategy.
Prior to co-founding Arctos Partners, Mr. Solomon served as Executive Vice President of MSG Sports at the Madison Square Garden Company, where he was responsible for MSG’s $700 million annual sports business operations, including the New York Knicks (NBA) and New York Rangers (NHL). Mr. Solomon led commercial strategy for the teams, including sponsorships, ticketing, marketing, merchandizing, venue operations and analytics. He also interfaced with league executives of the NBA, NHL, and NBA G-League. Mr. Solomon was responsible for evaluating acquisitions for MSG Sports. Under Mr. Solomon’s leadership, MSG Sports grew revenue and operating profits, grew direct to consumer ticket sales, and enhanced the fan experience through stadium renovations.
Mr. Solomon joined MSG from the NBA, where he was Vice President of Team Marketing and Business Operations, the internal consulting group of the NBA. In this role, he advised team owners and executives on strategies and tactics to increase team revenues and profitability. Mr. Solomon also led TMBO’s strategy and analytics group, which provided analytical insights on ticket pricing, retention modeling, and customer segmentation to all NBA teams.
Prior to the NBA, Mr. Solomon was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in the Asset & Wealth Management and Sales & Marketing Practices. At McKinsey, Mr. Solomon advised senior executives on strategy, sales and marketing, and operations, and conducted due diligence for private equity firms. He served clients in the sports, media and entertainment, gaming and financial services industries. Mr. Solomon started his career with SVB Capital, where he was a Director of the Venture Capital Group and worked to launch SVB’s first fund of funds and venture capital fund.
Mr. Solomon graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BA in Economics and International Relations. He received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. In 2018, Mr. Solomon was named a Forty Under 40 honoree by the Sports Business Journal.
John B. Stott
PartnerJohn B. Stott is a Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Stott directs investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Stott served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he provided insights and perspectives for private equity firms in the areas of strategy, organization and growth at the firm-level.
Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Mr. Stott was a Partner at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, where he worked closely with Mr. Charles and other senior members of the Arctos team. At Landmark, Mr. Stott helped execute the firm’s private equity strategy in North America and was responsible for sourcing, structuring and evaluating passive minority stake transactions across a spectrum of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Stott helped develop innovative solutions and transaction structures that addressed managers’ specific goals, and during his time at Landmark Partners, was part of a team that sourced and executed transactions representing more than $5 billion in transaction value generating substantial co-investment for investors. Mr. Stott re-joined Landmark Partners after completing his MBA having originally joined Landmark Partners as an Associate dedicated to the firm’s direct investing efforts.
Prior to joining Landmark Partners, Mr. Stott started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Boenning & Scattergood Inc., now Janney Montgomery Scott. Mr. Stott provided strategic sell-side advisory to clients and executed multiple transactions representing nearly $1 billion in value.
Mr. Stott graduated from Cabrini University, where he received a BS in Finance. He received his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Charles H. Tingue
PartnerCharles H. Tingue is a Partner at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Tingue directs the investment strategy, sourcing, executing and managing investments for the Keystone strategy.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Tingue served as a Senior Advisor to TDR Capital, where he provided insights and perspectives in the areas of strategy, growth and value maximization & capture for TDR Capital and its funds under management.
Prior to joining TDR Capital, Mr. Tingue was a Partner and Investment Committee member at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, where he worked closely with Mr. Charles and other senior members of the Arctos team. At Landmark, Mr. Tingue helped execute the firm’s private equity strategy in North America & Europe and was responsible for sourcing, structuring and evaluating passive minority stake transactions, secondary transactions and structured solutions across a spectrum of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, venture, and special situations funds. Mr. Tingue helped develop innovative solutions and transaction structures that addressed managers’ specific goals, and during his time at Landmark Partners, was part of a team that sourced and executed transactions representing more than $7.5 billion in transaction value generating substantial co-investment for investors.
Prior to joining Landmark Partners, Mr. Tingue started his career as an Analyst with SVG Advisers, where he conducted due diligence and analysis on North American & European private equity fund commitments and secondary transactions representing over $1 billion in value.
Mr. Tingue graduated from Boston College, where he received a BA in History. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and is a CFA® charterholder.
Barry E. Griffiths, PH.D., CFA
Senior AdvisorBarry E. Griffiths is a Senior Advisor at Arctos Partners. Mr. Griffiths supports the firms research, data science and risk management initiatives across Arctos Insights.
Mr. Griffiths has been a leader in the innovation and application of quantitative analysis within private markets for over 25 years. He is a member of the Research Advisory Council of the Private Equity Research Consortium (PERC). Two of his better-known papers are “Active Risk Budgeting in Action: Assessing Risk and Return in Private Equity” (2005), which developed the relationship between private equity and public markets, and “Benchmarking Private Equity: The Direct Alpha Method” (2014), which developed a reliable method for estimating alpha in a private equity portfolio.
In 2023, Mr. Griffiths retired from Ares Management Corporation as a Partner and Co-Head of the Quantitative Research Group (QRG). In that capacity he oversaw the group’s Original Research, Quantitative Software Development, and Tools Production teams, and coordinated with other quantitative professionals within Ares’ investment teams. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Partner in Landmark Partners’ Quantitative Research Group, which filled similar roles for what is now Ares’ Secondaries Solutions unit.
Prior to joining Landmark in 2009, Mr. Griffiths was Head of Quantitative Research at Goldman Sachs Private Equity Group, which he helped launch. Before getting started with private equity, Mr. Griffiths was Chief Scientist at Business Matters, a venture-funded software startup. He was also a lead aerospace research engineer at TASC and Synetics, where he specialized in guidance, navigation, and control problems.
Mr. Griffiths is a CFA® charterholder, who received a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and an MS and BS from Michigan State University.
John B. Vedro
CFO and CCOJohn B. Vedro is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Arctos Partners. Mr. Vedro is responsible for all financial aspects of the Firm and its affiliates, including oversight and management of all compliance and regulatory functions for Arctos and its funds.
Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Mr. Vedro was Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Gauge Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in Dallas, for over five years. Mr. Vedro was the 6th employee hired at Gauge and played a key role in developing and implementing systems related to the firm’s finance and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Gauge Capital, Mr. Vedro spent almost a decade with Texas Pacific Group (TPG), a global private investment firm. At TPG, Mr. Vedro was the Senior Director of Fund Accounting, leading a large group of professionals supporting the external reporting function to limited partners for multiple investment strategies, including Core Buyout, Asia Buyout, Venture and Biotech. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vedro held positions with Goldman Sachs (Archon Group) in New York with their finance and accounting department, as well as with KPMG, serving clients in the private equity industry.
Mr. Vedro graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he received a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Finance, and he is a Certified Public Accountant
Joseph M. Corcoran
Managing DirectorJoseph M. Corcoran is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Corcoran is responsible for sourcing, evaluation and management of investments for the Keystone strategy.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Corcoran was a member of the founding team at Stonyrock Partners, a joint venture with Leucadia Asset Management, making direct equity investments in middle market alternative asset management firms. He was responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring and monitoring the firm’s $250 million of committed private equity investments.
Prior to Stonyrock, Mr. Corcoran was a Vice President at Blackstone, where he was an investment team member of the firm’s inaugural GP Stakes private equity fund, supporting $1.5 billion of common- and structured-equity investments, including the fund’s first-ever investments into private equity, real estate and growth equity businesses. Mr. Corcoran helped lead the fund’s portfolio-wide liquidity initiative and partnered with portfolio management teams on value creation and product development efforts.
Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Corcoran was an investment banking associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley, where he supported $173 billion of announced transactions in the technology, healthcare, retail, transportation and industrials verticals. He began his career at Citigroup in New York and in London, where he focused on firm strategy, mergers & acquisitions in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Mr. Corcoran received his BA with honors from Georgetown University and his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
Geoffrey G. Mullen
Managing DirectorGeoffrey G. Mullen, CFA is a Managing Director at Arctos Partners. In addition to his investor relations and capital raising responsibilities, Mr. Mullen supports, guides and informs the activities of the Capital Solutions team across verticals and geographies for the Sports and Keystone strategies.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Mullen helped lead the investor relations and business development team of Landmark Partners, focused on secondaries in private equity, real estate and infrastructure, from 2014 until the acquisition of Landmark by Ares Management in 2021. At Ares Management, Mr. Mullen continued his work with the private equity secondaries investor relations and product management team until 2024.
His earlier career included leading Morgan Stanley’s private equity, real estate and hedge fund business as a member of the Alternative Investment Partners management committee and prior to that leading the North America business of Allianz Global Investors as head of distribution and member of the AGI management board.
Mr. Mullen graduated from Miami University where he received a BS in economics and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, graduating with honors and membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has served for over 14 years on public fund boards and investment committees.
Alastair C. Seaman
Managing DirectorAlastair C. Seaman is a Managing Director at Arctos. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Seaman is responsible for sourcing, evaluation and management of investments for Arctos throughout Europe for the Sports and Keystone strategies.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Seaman was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he served as a member of the Vintage Funds investment team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. While at Goldman, Mr. Seaman executed transactions ranging from complex direct secondaries and special situation opportunities to more traditional secondary investments. Mr. Seaman closed on transactions representing more than $3 billion in value and led the group’s strategic partnerships with several market leading firms across a broad range of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, growth equity, and special situations funds.
Prior to joining Goldman, Mr. Seaman was a Senior Associate in the London office of HarbourVest Partners, a global private equity firm, where he served as a member of the Secondary Investment Group. While at HarbourVest, Mr. Seaman focused on sourcing and evaluating secondary opportunities, including traditional and complex transactions, primarily in Europe.
Mr. Seaman joined HarbourVest from EPIC Private Equity, an independent private equity firm focused on growth, buyout, and special situations investments in UK-based small and medium-sized companies. Mr. Seaman started his career at SVG Capital, an international private equity investor and fund management business that was listed on the London Stock Exchange prior to the sale of its investment portfolio to HarbourVest.
Mr. Seaman received an MA from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and is a CFA® charterholder.
Monica Tudor
Director of ComplianceMonica Tudor is the Director of Compliance at Arctos Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing and implementing the compliance program for Arctos and its funds.
Before joining Arctos, Ms. Tudor served as the Senior Compliance Officer at Jasper Ridge Partners. During her time at Jasper Ridge Partners, she oversaw various registered investment adviser and private fund compliance matters. Prior to her role at Jasper Ridge Partners, Ms. Tudor was a Senior Compliance Associate at Crow Holdings Capital, administering several aspects of the compliance program.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Tudor worked for Credit Suisse, serving in a compliance advisory role for the commodities group within the asset management division. She began her career at the National Futures Association, leading regulatory examinations.
Ms. Tudor holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Pace University and is a Certified Securities Compliance Professional.
Larissa E. Wall
Director of FinanceLarissa E. Wall is the Director of Finance at Arctos Sports Partners. Ms. Wall is responsible for the accounting, related reporting, and other financial aspects involving the firm, related funds, and affiliates.
Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Wall spent over five years at Fortress Investment Group (Fortress), a premier, highly diversified global investment manager as Vice President. While at Fortress, Ms. Wall led an accounting team focused on the finance and reporting functions for multiple private equity style credit funds, which included opportunistic investments in commercial real estate and real estate-related assets, as well as undervalued assets with long dated cash flows. Outside of her primary finance responsibilities, Ms. Wall conceptualized and helped direct multiple annual Dallas office community outreach projects. These projects included providing 175 meals to children during the summer when they may not otherwise receive one and volunteering at a Dallas food pantry with a mission of getting nutritious food into the hands of our low-income neighbors through its distribution network and in-house pantry.
Prior to joining Fortress, Ms. Wall was a Senior Associate at Texas Pacific Group (TPG), a leading global private investment firm, where she spent over four years. She was responsible for revenue accounting for all business units, prepared revenue budgets and reforecasts, and was instrumental in continuous process improvement initiatives throughout her tenure at TPG. Ms. Wall also co-founded TPG Professional Women’s Network, which focused on promoting professional development through events aimed at connecting people and sharing knowledge.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Wall worked for Ernst & Young in New York, serving clients in the financial services industry, with a primary focus on private equity and hedge funds.
Ms. Wall graduated from Texas A&M University with distinction, where she received a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Finance, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Megan E. Salvadore
Director of Investor RelationsMegan E. Salvadore is the Director of Investor Relations at Arctos, as a part of the Capital Solutions team. Mrs. Salvadore is responsible for client services, investor inquiries and fundraising operations.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mrs. Salvadore was on the Client and Capital Formation team at TPG. Throughout her six-year tenure, Mrs. Salvadore was the main liaison for cross-team coordination efforts between the fundraising team and firm services functions. Alongside the Client and Capital Formation distribution and the product teams, Mrs. Salvadore was head of the Investor Relations group in Fort Worth for four years. There she helped streamline internal processes across many workstreams and oversaw key technology projects to enhance communication between TPG and the firm’s investor base. She began her career at Barclays Investment Bank in New York on a trading desk, managing sales and trading relationships with private banks as well as other institutional clients on the Barclays’ Investor Solutions group.
Mrs. Salvadore graduated with a BA from Georgetown University, where she was a member of the women’s Lacrosse team.
Meaghan J. Murphy
Director Of OperationsMeaghan J. Murphy is the Director of Operations at Arctos Partners. Ms. Murphy is responsible for helping improve organizational processes to ensure work quality, productivity and efficiency is in line with firm goals and objectives. Ms. Murphy is also responsible for working with firm leadership to develop and implement firm policies and procedures and build the firm’s human resources function.
Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Ms. Murphy served as the Office Manager at RedBird Capital Partners, a New York and Dallas based private equity firm. Ms. Murphy began working for RedBird in 2015 and was key in opening the Dallas office and the administration, development and implementation of firm policies and procedures. Additionally, while at RedBird, Ms. Murphy assisted in the accounting function of the Firm and managed, developed and executed both internal and external company events.
Prior to joining RedBird, Ms. Murphy served as the Dallas Office Manager at Park Hill Group, a global asset advisory and fundraising firm. While with Park Hill Group, she was tasked with the administrative oversight of the policies, practices and programs within the Dallas office.
Ms. Murphy holds a B.A. in both Latin American Studies and Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Zachary W. Baran
DirectorZachary W. Baran is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Baran is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution, as well as helping lead thematic and data-driven research initiatives across the Firm (Arctos Insights).
Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Mr. Baran was an Associate at Warburg Pincus in New York, a global growth equity firm, where he was a direct report to the firm’s President, a former U.S. Treasury Secretary, and the firm’s Head of Research, in a role that required expertise across corporate finance, macro and quantitative finance. His responsibilities included helping to develop firm strategy, contributing to internal economic research, and assisting with business development and fundraising opportunities. While at Warburg Pincus, Mr. Baran formulated and executed internal projects that provided actionable advice on portfolio and fund cash flow management, internal capital allocation, select investment theses, and fundraising strategy. In addition, Mr. Baran participated in three fundraises totaling $22 billion in commitments, assisted coverage professionals and provided key marketing content.
Prior to working at Warburg Pincus, Mr. Baran was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he focused on fundraising and investor relations for multi-strategy and private equity advisory relationships within the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection (AIMS) Group. In addition, he assisted in quantitative research into private equity and alternative assets.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Baran worked for Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, in their Quantitative Research Group, reporting directly to the Head of Quantitative Research and private equity leadership team. As one of the early members of Landmark’s Quantitative Research Group, Mr. Baran was critical to the development of several data tools and services that the firm utilized to position itself as a “thought partner” for large limited partners and other institutional asset managers.
Mr. Baran graduated with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy.
Julie Bernodat
DirectorJulie Bernodat is a Director at Arctos Partners. Ms. Bernodat is responsible for all aspects of transaction sourcing, evaluation, and execution for Keystone.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Bernodat was a Vice President at Committed Advisors in Paris. While at Committed Advisors, Ms. Bernodat executed secondary mid-market transactions ranging from complex GP-led secondaries to more traditional secondary investments. Ms. Bernodat also helped with the fundraising effort.
Prior to joining Committed Advisors, Ms. Bernodat was a Director at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, in London, where she worked closely with Messrs. Charles and Stott for nearly six years. While at Landmark Partners, Ms. Bernodat was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing European transactions across a spectrum of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, growth and venture, and special situations funds. Ms. Bernodat helped develop innovative solutions and transaction structures that addressed managers’ specific goals, while meeting Landmark’s targeted risk-return profile. Ms. Bernodat closed thirteen transactions representing over €5 billion in value and generating substantial co-investment for Landmark’s investors. In addition, Ms. Bernodat participated in two fundraises, with a focus on European and Asian investors.
Ms. Bernodat started her career as an Associate at HarbourVest Partners, a global private equity firm, within the Primary investment team in London. Ms. Bernodat joined HarbourVest Partners after having completed internships in investment banking at BNP Paribas, strategy consulting with Roland Berger and direct co-investment at Ardian.
Ms. Bernodat graduated from ESCP Europe where she received a Master in Management – Grande Ecole, Major in Finance.
Forrest Richmond
DirectorForrest Richmond is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Richmond is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Richmond was a Senior Associate at HarbourVest Partners, a global private equity firm, in their Boston office. Mr. Richmond joined the firm as an Associate and was responsible for the evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions. At HarbourVest, Mr. Richmond executed transactions representing over $1 billion of equity deployment and played an integral role in building out the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecom investing framework. Mr. Richmond’s deal experience spans preferred equity, fund restructuring, and single-asset direct investments including several large, industry shaping transactions.
Prior to joining HarbourVest, Mr. Richmond was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Richmond spent time in the firm’s New York and Palo Alto offices where he provided strategic M&A advisory to clients and executed transactions representing over $5 billion in value.
Mr. Richmond graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Global Systems and Management.
Peter F. Valhouli-Farb
Director, Capital SolutionsPeter F. Valhouli-Farb is a Director at Arctos Partners. Mr. Valhouli-Farb is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, fundraising and investor relations.
Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Mr. Valhouli-Farb served as Director of Strategy & Development and Special Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at Fenway Sports Group (“FSG”) and the Boston Red Sox. While at FSG, he was responsible for evaluating potential team acquisitions, sourcing and evaluating non-team investments, launching new lines of business within the FSG platform and assessing growth and monetization strategies for the existing FSG portfolio.
Prior to joining Fenway Sports Group, Mr. Valhouli-Farb served as an Associate at Accel Partners in Palo Alto, CA, where he focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in the broader consumer sector as well as supporting the Accel portfolio on mobile strategy. Mr. Valhouli-Farb began his career as an Analyst at Bessemer Venture Partners in New York where he focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across consumer and enterprise technology.
Mr. Valhouli-Farb graduated from Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Beaudoin was a Senior Associate at Landmark Partners, a leader in the global private equity, real estate and infrastructure secondary markets, where he was responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, evaluation, and execution of secondary transactions across a variety of deal types and alternative assets strategies. Mr. Beaudoin executed transactions representing nearly $3.0 billion of capital across traditional secondaries, fund restructurings, preferred equity, GP stakes and single-asset transactions. Prior to joining the Landmark investment team, Mr. Beaudoin started his career as an Analyst in Landmark’s Quantitative Research Group, where he provided technical analysis to Landmark’s investment teams, GPs and LPs, through a set of proprietary research tools.

Jonathan D. Lile
Vice PresidentJonathan D. Lile is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. Lile is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution at Keystone.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Lile was a Vice President at Pomona Capital, a global private equity firm. At Pomona, Mr. Lile was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and monitoring secondary transactions across a variety of alternative asset strategies, including buyout, venture, growth, mezzanine/structured equity, and credit. While at Pomona, Mr. Lile deployed over $2.0 billion in capital across a broad range of transaction types, including limited partner portfolio purchases, single-asset deals, preferred equity financings, structured secondaries and primary commitments to leading general partners. In addition, Mr. Lile spearheaded Pomona’s efforts in the Technology and Software verticals.
Prior to Pomona, Mr. Lile was an Analyst at PEI Funds, an early pioneer in the secondaries market, where he focused on underwriting and monitoring private assets.

Sushaan R. Modi
Vice PresidentSushaan R. Modi is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mr. Modi is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Modi was an Associate in the Strategic Advisory group at PJT Partners, a global boutique investment bank, in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Modi advised on $9 billion of M&A transactions and played an integral role in building out the firm’s sports, media, and entertainment practice. In addition to advising on complex sports and entertainment transactions, Mr. Modi also served as a strategic advisor to various teams and leagues, including the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and CONCACAF. At PJT Partners, he was responsible for all aspects of client engagements and transaction execution, including preparation of engagement materials, valuation analysis, due diligence, structuring and marketing.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Modi was an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A group at Blackstone. Mr. Modi advised on $4 billion of M&A transactions and helped facilitate the spin-off and merger of Blackstone’s advisory businesses with PJT Partners. Mr. Modi also previously worked in corporate strategy and operations at Los Angeles Football Club, strategy and business intelligence at Major League Soccer, and strategy at Wagr.

Kaitlin Moore Rodriguez
Vice PresidentKaitlin Moore Rodriguez is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to the formation of Arctos Partners, Ms. Rodriguez was an Associate at Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, in the firm’s Denver and London offices. At Partners Group, Ms. Rodriguez was part of a rotational program, gaining investment experience across the firm’s infrastructure, debt, and real estate verticals. Ms. Rodriguez was primarily engaged in quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective infrastructure investments and was involved with the financial modeling, underwriting, and general assessment of $5 billion prospective and active investments. Ms. Rodriguez was part of an infrastructure team responsible for deploying $490 million in primaries, secondaries, and co-investments across the entire infrastructure landscape.
Ms. Rodriguez graduated with distinction from Northwestern University, where she received a BA in Economics and a minor in Business. Following Northwestern, she graduated from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, where she received an MS in Management Studies. Ms. Rodriguez was a member of the Northwestern Women’s Soccer team, leading Northwestern to its first ever Big Ten title and first appearance in the Sweet 16 since 1998.
Matthew Banas

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Banas was an Associate at Moelis & Company in its Private Funds Advisory practice. During his time at Moelis, Mr. Banas advised private equity sponsors on over $3.0 billion in capital raises across primary fundraises and secondary transactions. Prior to Moelis, Mr. Banas was an Investor Relations Analyst at Neuberger Berman focusing on alternative funds.

Isiah A. Butler

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Butler was an Associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a private investment firm, in the New York office. At CD&R, Mr. Butler was involved in all aspects of the investment process including industry analysis, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, leveraged financing, operational support and exit preparation. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Butler was an Analyst at Lazard where he focused on advising companies in the Industrials sector.

Clay M. Davison

Prior to IEQ Capital, Mr. Davison worked at RCP Advisors in Chicago, Illinois. While at RCP, Mr. Davison was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and capital origination.
Mr. Davison graduated from the University of Washington where he received a BA in International Political Economy.
Luke A. Dinges

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Dinges was a Senior Associate at Prophet Equity, a generalist, middle-market private equity firm where he assisted with the evaluation of control buyouts and special-situation investments across a variety of industries and the implementation of various initiatives targeted to drive value creation in existing portfolio companies. Mr. Dinges began his career as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal where he focused primarily on turnarounds of underperforming public companies facing activist pressure as well as private equity portfolio companies facing similar challenges.
Mr. Dinges received a BS in Biomedical Engineering with Highest Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a Stamps President’s Scholar. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar.
Melissa M. Kelly

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Ms. Kelly was an Associate at Golub Capital in the firm’s New York office. At Golub, Ms. Kelly provided underwriting recommendations on direct and syndicated loan transactions as well as equity co-investments for middle market companies.
Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Kelly was an Associate in Morgan Stanley’s Credit Risk Lending team. She was responsible for all aspects of underwriting and maintaining high-yield loans supporting M&A, LBO, and other financing needs of the Firm’s corporate clients across the Industrials, Aerospace and Defense, Business Services, Early Stage, and REIT industries.
Ms. Kelly graduated with honors from Cornell University, where she received a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Business. While attending Cornell, Ms. Kelly interned for a semester and summer in Major League Baseball’s Labor Relations department.
Samy Khan

Prior to joining the Landmark investment team, Mr. Khan started his career as an Analyst in Landmark’s Quantitative Research Group, where he provided technical analysis to Landmark’s investment teams, GPs and LPs, through a set of proprietary research tools.

Gabriel A. Puente

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Puente was a Senior Associate, Product Specialist at Capital Dynamics based in the Miami office. Mr. Puente joined Capital Dynamics as an Associate, Product Specialist in New York and was focused on fundraising and investor relations for the more than $2 billion Global Secondaries platform.
Prior to Capital Dynamics, Mr. Puente worked in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, where he supported client engagement and new business initiatives for the Investment Funds Group. Most recently, he supported the marketing and business development function for the Firm’s launch of an ESG & Impact practice group. Prior to his experience at Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Puente held similar roles at two other global law firms.
Mr. Puente began his career as a consultant at Strategic Partnerships, Inc., an Austin based government affairs and procurement advisory firm.
Mr. Puente received a BS in Political Science from St. Edward’s University where he was a member of the St. Edward’s University Rugby Football Club
David M. Trott
Senior AssociateDavid M. Trott is a Senior Associate at Arctos Partners. Mr. Trott is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Trott was an Associate at BDT Capital Partners in Chicago, where he was involved in underwriting, evaluating, and executing transactions primarily within the consumer retail sector. Mr. Trott also accumulated direct operating experience while serving as Assistant Director of Finance and Real Estate Development at a BDT portfolio company.
Prior to BDT Capital Partners, Mr. Trott began his career as an Analyst within Goldman Sachs’ Industrials Investment Banking Group in New York, where he advised on a broad range of transactions across M&A, equity and debt.
Mr. Trott graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he received a BA in Economics. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business of Pennsylvania.
Cameron B. West

Prior to joining Arctos, Mr. West was an Analyst at Barclays in the Energy Investment Banking practice where he was involved in all aspects of transactions, including valuation, conducting due diligence, drafting marketing materials, and process management. While at Barclays, Mr. West advised on various M&A, debt capital markets, and equity capital markets transactions representing over $2 billion in value.
Mr. West graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Clare E. Berns

Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Berns was an Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking group at Lazard in the Chicago office. At Lazard, Ms. Berns was involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including valuation, conducting due diligence, drafting marketing materials and process management.
Ms. Berns graduated from Texas Christian University, where she received a BBA in Finance with a Leadership Emphasis.
Jayanth R. Chintham
AssociateJayanth R. Chintham is an Associate at Arctos Partners. Mr. Chintham is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Chintham was an Analyst in the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment group at Lazard, a global independent advisory firm, in the New York office. At Lazard, Mr. Chintham was involved in all aspects of M&A transactions, including valuation, conducting due diligence, drafting marketing materials, and process management.
Mr. Chintham graduated with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Computer Science.
Jacob M. Harrison
AssociateJacob M. Harrison is an Associate at Arctos Partners. Mr. Harrison is responsible for all aspects of transaction evaluation and execution.
Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Harrison was an Analyst within Goldman Sachs’ TMT Investment Banking group in San Francisco, where he advised on a broad range of transactions across M&A, equity, and debt. Mr. Harrison has also previously interned with United States Cyber Command / NSA, and CNO-IP at the Pentagon.
Mr. Harrison graduated with a B.S. in Cyber Operations from the United States Naval Academy, where he also played quarterback on the varsity football team.
Demetrius D. Johnson

He advised on various M&A and capital markets transactions representing over $5 billion in value.
Mr. Johnson graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he was a member of the Chicago Maroon varsity football team.
Jarius L. Johnson

Mattan B. Manstein

Eddie C. Richardson

Prior to joining Arctos, Mr. Richardson was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group in their New York office. During his time at BCG, Mr. Richardson focused primarily on private equity due diligence and strategy projects for clients in the financial services and technology industries.
Mr. Richardson graduated with high honors from Harvard College, where he received an A.B. in Applied Mathematics and a language citation in Spanish.
Peter H. Sitterle

At Evercore, Mr. Sitterle was involved in all aspects of transactions, including valuation, conducting due diligence, and drafting marketing materials and other comprehensive company and asset-level presentations.
Mr. Sitterle graduated with a BBA in Finance and BA in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
Matthew R. Webster

Shelby C. Wickland

Ms. Wickland previously spent 2 years as part of the Finance team at Arctos where she assisted the controller with various aspects of the fund, co-invest, and related affiliated entities.
Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Wickland spent almost four years at Blue River Partners, an outsourced service provider to the alternative asset management industry.

N. Clark Smyth
ControllerN. Clark Smyth is a Controller at Arctos Partners. Mr. Smyth is responsible for the accounting, related reporting, and other financial aspects involving the firm, related funds, and affiliates.
Prior to joining Arctos, Mr. Smyth spent over two years at Gen II Fund Services (Gen II), an industry-leading fund administrator, as Managing Director. While at Gen II, Mr. Smyth oversaw the newly formed Dallas office and led a team of accountants focused on the financial reporting requirements of multiple private equity fund clients.
Before Gen II, Mr. Smyth was a Controller at The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), a private equity firm focusing its investments in the oil and gas and steel-making minerals industries, for nearly seven years. Mr. Smyth was responsible for overseeing the accounting and reporting for multiple EMG funds and co-invest entities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Smyth spent over seven years with KPMG in Dallas, serving clients in the financial services industry, with a primary focus on private equity and real estate funds.
Mr. Smyth graduated from Texas A&M University, where he received a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Finance, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Miranda R. Conn
Assistant ControllerMiranda R. Conn is an Assistant Controller at Arctos Partners. Ms. Conn is responsible for the accounting, related reporting, and other financial aspects involving the firm, related funds, and affiliates.
Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Conn spent over four years at Gen II Fund Services (Gen II), an industry-leading fund administrator, as Director. While at Gen II, Ms. Conn led a team of accountants focused on the financial reporting requirements of multiple private equity fund clients.
Before Gen II, Ms. Conn was a Senior Fund Accountant at The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), a private equity firm focusing its investments in the oil and gas and steel-making minerals industries, for eight years. Ms. Conn was responsible for preparing the accounting and reporting for multiple EMG funds and co-invest entities.
Prior to joining EMG, Ms. Conn spent four years in public accounting, providing tax and audit services to both high net worth individuals and a broad range of businesses.
Ms. Conn graduated with honors from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Accounting, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
Cierra J. Ciszecky
Senior AccountantCierra J. Ciszecky is a Senior Accountant with Arctos Partners. Ms. Ciszecky will assist the Controller with various financial aspects of the fund, co-invest, and related affiliated entities. Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Ciszecky spent over three years at Blue River Partners, an outsourced service provider to the alternative asset management industry.
Ms. Ciszecky received her Master of Business Administration from Texas Weslyan University and originally graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received a BBA in Accounting. She is actively pursuing her CPA license.

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Kanwar was an Engagement Lead at Palantir Technologies, a software company, in the New York office. At Palantir Technologies, Mr. Kanwar was a part of the financial services technology team, leading projects between Palantir and their financial services clients, with a focus on private equity firms. Prior to joining Palantir Technologies, Mr. Kanwar was a Senior Applied Data Scientist at Lucidworks Inc, where he focused on machine learning in the e-commerce and enterprise search space.
Mr. Kanwar graduated from the University of San Diego, where he received a BA in Computer Science and a minor in Philosophy.
Deep K. Patel

Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mr. Patel was an engineering lead at Palantir Technologies. At Palantir Technologies, Mr. Patel engineered solutions for mission-critical operations across the government space ranging from civil health to the Department of Defense. Prior to joining Palantir Technologies, Mr. Patel was a software engineer at The Blackstone Group where he focused on developing their fund waterfall calculation and valuation capabilities.
Mr. Patel graduated from the University of Maryland, where he received a BS in Compute Science and a minor in Mathematics.
Amanda R. Del Biaggio

Prior to joining Mack, Ms. Revilla was an intern at Safe Passage Project where she assisted the Legal Team with research on case law, translation of legal documents, and maintained the client database.
Ms. Revilla graduated from John Jay College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Latinx Studies.
Danielle L. Dion

Prior to joining Arctos, Ms. Dion was a Supply Chain Associate at Fastenal. During her time at Fastenal, Ms. Dion was an on-site representative while tracing the movements of goods and services through logistics, planning, and inventory demands.
Ms. Dion received a BBA in Marketing and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and was a member of the Women’s Volleyball team for three years.
